New routes from Shannon to several
destinations across Europe
New Irish Low Cost Airline EUJet has announced the
launch of several routes linking Shannon to Dublin,
Kent (via Dublin), Geneva, Murcia, Faro and Malaga.,
and Dublin to Kent International Airport.
The New Airline which is headed by former Ryanair boss
PJ McGoldrick, has estabilished its main hubs at Shannon
and Kent Intrnational, and has announced its intention
to fly to up to 27 destiantions by the end of the year.
From Kent the Airline will fly to: Manchester, Edinburgh,
Dublin, Amsterdam, Glasgow, Madrid, Copenhagen and Milan. EUjet

Furthermore the Airline will operate also on SKI routes
starting from December, with direct flights linking
Kent to Geneva, Zurich, Turin, Toulouse and Salzburg.
Given the lastest developments in the Irish Aviation
Industry with the collapse of two Low Cost carriers
in the last three months and the disappearance
of a further one before even starting in Summer
2003 (FreshAer), it's important to point out that
EUJet has already been granted approval by the
Irish Aviation Authority and is also licensed
by the Commission for Aviation in Ireland.

Airways has collapsed after just one week
New Irish Low Cost Airline JetGreen Airways has
announced the suspension of all its services after
just one week since starting.
The announcement was given to the media today.
The airline reported that it will not repatriate
any passenger from abroad, and has advised those
who purchased their tickets to file a compensation
claim to the Commision for Aviation Regulation.
Jetgreen Airways didn't give any reason for the

week when it emerged that even though it was already
taking large numbers of advance bookings no application
had been filed for landing slots at Dublin Airport.
